- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I waited over an hour for an appointment. Staff would not provide any reason for the delay and no assurance when the appointment would be completed. Left without seeing doctor. Update: I received a letter explaining the delays and an apology. I scheduled an appointment for early in the day and all went well. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Five stars says it all. From the very professional front desk personnel to the nurses covering the patients, the staff at this location in Hardeeville totally rocks!! They are professional, empathetic, and completely approachable. Even though I was not on their current schedule for the day, they heard my problem and accommodated me. This went above and beyond what most doctors offices would have done. And then the icing on the cake was the thorough and competent care I received from Dr. Chris Anderson. He looked at the skin issue I had, did an evaluation, even went so far to notate any other skin areas of concern, and then excised the offending problem. This was procedure couldn't have been handled better. My comfort was paramount and he reviewed all the necessary information so that I would completely understand the process moving forward. I would highly recommend Georgia Skin Skin & Cancer Clinic in Hardeeville. You could not be in better more capable hands!March 21, 2017by Casey T
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DO NOT GO HERE!!! I called and asked for something specific (hydrocortisone shot) and they scheduled me for that. Then I waited over an hour and the doctor walked in and said they do no even do what I specifically asked for and wanted to refer me. I said no I can call myself and left. THEY STILL BILLED ME AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY. I called and they basically told me no way they were going to reverse the charge. Such terrible service and business practices.
